"No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage."

"First the pros: It’s a lovely, newly renovated property, and our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza Mayor. The building and room were charming, clean, and comfortable. The cons: A very big one for us was that the WiFi is weak and spotty. It was difficult to look up information about Salamanca sights online or even do email without interruptions and long waits. "Het is een prachtige accemodatie, zeer fraai gelegen, mooi gebouw. Ook de entree beloofd veel goeds. We kregen een kamer op de begane grond, vlak naast de lobby, waar in de avonde een event plaatsvond, met veel lawaai en rokers naast ons slaapkamerraam. Bij uitchecken aangegeven, maar geen excuses. Ontbijt was prima! Valet parking, wat erg prettig was "

"I have good experence staying here. The major attractions are within 20min of walking. The room have good size and bathroom too. Room is cleaned every day, shower pressure is good. I open up the window for fresh air in the morning since I feel the vantilation in the bathroom a bit weak. It is a good hotel for visiting Salamanca. I recommand it."

"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance.
