"Property was great and clean, no issues. Staff was helpful.
Our family planned this trip 1 month ago, it was really inconvenient that that pool was closed 4th of July weekend for “maintenance”
I paid half to reserve and was too late to cancel but hotel should be more mindful when doing “maintenance” on a busy weekend or at least give some options for the inconvenience"

"Very nicely updated Spanish style hotel next to the airport that was surprisingly quiet. My only gripe would be the very small bathroom that made it hard to turn around. All staff that I encountered were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town."

"Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...

"2nd trip here, every bit as amazing. The hotel rooms are really nice. Spacious with several options, well made furniture. The pool is excellent. No ice machine, but you can get bagged ice at front desk. Walkable or short drive (weather dep) to some great restaurants and close enough to downtown and Saguaro. Extended stay a night.
I'd appreciate if Cielo's got a few more veg/vegan options for breakfast menu and buffet."

"We had 3 families staying just for a night after visiting Kartchner Caverns in Benson, Az.
The hotel was amazing. A welcoming happy hour with drinks and snacks for the entire family. Plus a delicious warm made to order omlette in the morning before we all headed home.
I will definitely stay here again. BTW our kids so enjoyed the pool and hot tub."
