Première nuit à Catane

Pour notre première nuit à Catane, ce logement était parfait quant à sa situation géographique. Situé près du marché aux poissons, au coeur de la vieille ville, à 10minutes à pied des arrêts de bus Dusmet (idéal pour rejoindre l'aéroport et la gare ferroviaire). Le confort de la chambre était suffisant pour une nuit. Cabine de douche très étroite.

Ma nuitée a été réparatrice après mon vol depuis Paris. L’accueil a l’hôtel à été agreable, une aide m’a été apportée afin de rejoindre facilement milazzo le lendemain. L’hôtel est situé ds un quartier animé, avec de nombreux restaurants. Un marché à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel propose des produits de la mer, légumes,..., et on est immergé ds une ambiance chaleureuse. La chambre est suffisamment équipée pour y passer une bonne nuit, Clim, télé, salle d’eau privée, ce n’est pas luxueux mais tout à fait satisfaisant. Au besoin, jy retournerai volontiers.

Discreto pernottamento

Discreto pernottamento considerando la piccola struttura posta a pochi passi dal centro di Catania, peccato che la stanza presa da me e la mia ragazza risultasse con qualche difetto estetico a livello di mobilia, e peccato anche il fatto di aver trovato un pezzo di doccia rotto la mattina seguente al pernottamento facendo uso del tubo doccia per lavarci, Dimenticandoci di riferirlo al receptionist perchè troppo presi dalla preparazione di ripartenza. in struttura hanno dato colpa a noi pur avendolo trovato già cosi. (Non so se fosse fatto apposta o meno) ma, è dispiaciuto a noi che daltronde per una notte abbiamo dormito discretamente bene.

Lovely autumn holiday in Sicily

Globetrotter has an excellent location surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. You can easily walk to the main sights, it is right in the centre of town. We were supposed to stay two nights but extended our stay with four as the staff were friendly and helpful and we just loved the location. We got value for money. I'd stay here again.

The staff were helpful and friendly, wxplaining all the necessary criteria. A handy shuttle service on request from the airport. The room was clean and had all that I required, even a mosquito net over the bed (which is needed in september).

裏通りでフロントの人もいるのかいないのかわかりづらいが、電話すればすぐに対応してくれる。何より街を見て歩くには丁度良い場所、夜も近くのお店が遅くまでやっていて人通りがあるので安心できるし部屋も綺麗だった。カターニアに来る時にはまた泊まりたいと思う！

Smack in the middle of town

The B&B is well situated to the Duomo in a animated and lively area. At night it gets rather noisy with all the restaurants and life bands. So if you expect a quiet area, this is not it. The bed is comfortable. The B&B could make some progress on cleanliness. Lovely and very helpful staff.

Great location for exploring Catania and Mt. Etna. Close to the fish market, restaurants, bars, the Duomo, and many other sites. 20 minute walk to a public beach. Since the B&B is in a great location it can be noisy at night with all the activity in the neighborhood. Assistance good advice available for scheduling excursions. A dependable driver is available as an option for getting to the airport. It's a short walk from the bus stop if taking the bus from the airport.

Property was centrally located. Owner was very nice and arranged pick up late at night and his brother. Things that were disappointing was that there was no breakfast in bed in breakfast even though I have asked about it prior to check in. I was told you have to pay 2 euro per person. When arrived I was told no breakfast. Property itself was roomy but not many amenities. Also, little moldy setting my son into and asthma. Also, little noisy.
