Does the job, a basic hotel but works
Exceptionally clean in all areas
Significant sized room, booked King Studio and well happy
Shower excellent, very powerful and nice cubicle
Breakfast mediocre although decent choice, cereal, waffle, porridge, toast, eggs, bacon……. staff variable but lady on there was superb, very friendly
Breakfast times do vary, early finish at 9am on weekdays, 10am weekends
Reception staff tend to be unengaged but not really an issue, have little to do
10 minutes drive...

Pros:
- clean
- good price
- Comfy
- helpful staff
Cons:
- our air con wouldn't turn off and there wa a only one young lady working in the whole hotel. She tried to fix but couldn't. She was very helpful and eventually moved us to a new room
- pancake machine was out of order at breakfast

I could not fault this place, very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing that really ruin it is the lady in the front desk. She looks super stressed out that she made us feel that we are burden rather than guests specially that they could not find my other room booking. Breakfast is okay, but very few selection, but with the price, we could not complain. The pool looks dirty at a distance but we did not use it so not really sure if it is. Overall, I would over look the other...

Brilliant stay - very impressed. Modern, clean hotel with spacious room & king size bed. Mini fridge in the room - a good addition. Good breakfast too.

Breakfast was very poor, no access to cereals as the machine was broken. Very little bread for toast. Nothing was topped up very quickly. Very messy, not a clean area.

The hotel was so easy to find. Plenty of eating restaurants near by for a evening meal if don’t want to cook for yourselves. As we were only there for one night we decided to venture into town.
The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. We did upgrade our room from a standard.
The only thing missing from the kitchen was a kettle ! I not a coffee lover so I did ask at reception by they do not supply them.
