"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The property is just beautiful, clean, the furniture and home decor is so beautifully done, all antiques and timeless pieces. Bed was super comfy. But the star of the show is LaTonya. She was so welcoming, accommodating, helpful, she goes above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were delicious too! We will most definitely be back on our way to/from Auburn when we visit our daughter! Also, within walking distance...

"Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc"

"It appeared the room had recently been refurbished and was lovely! The room was clean, the guests quiet and respectful. Breakfast buffet was decent."

"The front desk staff was more interested in chatting on the phone than helping guests. I had to ask someone else for a manager to get some help checking in. The rooms are ok. The bathrooms have poor ventilation and warn bathtubs. The food in the casino was excellent! The casino staff was great."

"Elevator was not working. Front desk lady had to manually push a button for us..She told us it had been out for 3 weeks. Our room phone did not work so we had to use our own phone to call her for an elevator."

"One side of our room had wet carpeting from either the AC unit or the window. The room itself was not the cleanest. The whole hotel felt a little grimy. The breakfast in the morning wasn't bad."
