Cabins are great, everything is clean and beds where fine. Swimming pool is a little too warm and the pool surface is basicly stones that gave the kids open wounds. The restaurant didnt sell anything but chips.

Staat van de accomodatie is ronduit slecht. Kapotte vriezer, vaatwasser die los staat, kozijnen die echt rot zijn, lekkage in de keuken, lekkage bij de wastafel, schimmel in de badkamer en gordijnen die de ramen niet bedekken, onvoldoende ligbedden bij het zwembad.

La struttura e in stato di manutenzione pessimo, giardini incolti e vialetti non curati. La dotazione della camera è scarsa: la televisione non funziona in quanto non collegata al decoder per incompatibilità delle prese (decoder scart anni 80). In più la struttura del cottage è assurda: il bagno si trova tra le camere in open space (solo il wc con il bidet sono in un locale chiuso) la doccia e il lavandino sono nel corridoio di accesso alle stanza, senza privacy. In più una delle stanze è realizzata in veranda chiusa e non ci sono oscuranti efficaci per la luce. E' presente tanta automazione ma che non funziona, sta lì solo per bellezza. Infine il personale è scontroso e poco disponibile, la colazione fa ridere: una brioche e un succo di frutta e se c'è uno yogurt, per le bibite cade c'è da aspettare mezz'ora perché c'è una sola persona che fa tutto da sola. La piscina è assurda, una specie di bagna-asciuga con un buco al centro più profondo. Le stanze non vengono pulite dal personale. Le foto sul sito sono di molti anni prima. Ho completato il soggiorno senza lamentarmi perchè sono un viaggiatore assiduo e mi godo la vacanza comunque con le persone con cui sto. Esperienza completamente negativa, prezzo non giustificato.

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Apartment war an einigen Stellen herunter gekommen. Kein Schirm, wackelige billige Sitzgarnitur, auf Nachfrage um Austausch, wurde uns der selbe Tisch wieder hingestellt. Auch gibt es keinen Insektenschutz für das Apartment, obwohl wir sehr darauf geachtet haben immer die Türe verschlossen zu halten, hatten wir dann doch Ameisen in der Wäsche. Anfangs sehr unfreundlich, Elena war dann aber sehr bemüht. Aufgrund der extremen Hitzewelle & der Ameisen haben wir uns dazu entschlossen der Kinder wegen frühzeitig abzureisen. Sehr sehr schade, der 1. Urlaub zu viert leider ein totaler Reinfall :(

La struttura merita tanto, da rivedere sicuramente qualche aspetto essenziale, in primis la pulizia degli appartamenti che lascia molto a desiderare, pavimento completamente sporco, polvere e stoviglie sporche e maleodoranti, porte sporche ecc...altro grande problema la popolazione di zanzare in loco, davvero eccessiva, non ti lasciano godere un momento di relax in veranda o piscina, davvero eccessive, poi la piscina che va completamente rifatta perché riparata in più punti e verso le caditoie si deposita molta sporcizia. Ci sono altre cose da migliorare: troppa polvere lungo il transito dei vialetti...non esiste un posto auto all 'ombra...il verde è da curare e non tenere abbandonato a se stesso...bar aperto solo 3 ore al giorno la sera, hai in piscina un distributore per il caffè a pagamento(unica bevanda accettabile il resto è in bevibile)Nei dintorni c'è davvero poco, località più vicina Pisa circa 60km. A meno di 1km c'è un piccolo polo commerciale con Conad (unica salvezza di zona) Per il resto nulla. È ben servita da strade di collegamento principali.

Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura.
