"We checked in late so did not have interaction with the staff. The room was large and spacious and clean. the building was new and in great shape. Check in and out were very easy. The two complaints I have are the bed was hard and the WiFi password was nowhere to be found."

"Really nice, comfortable and clean facility. Breakfast has good variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Gym and pool looked nice as well. Due to downtown location, the parking garage was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. I liked to property very much and will definitely return."

"The setting is delightful and the staff are well informed. The room is large, and had a fridge and safe, very useful. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the wait staff where wonderful. The property is looking tired and needs a refresh, no ice machine on the floor I was on, the pool was cool, no chair in the double queen room except for the office chair, and the shuttle for Swiss Days has been discontinued, that was a big reason I stayed at the property. I couldn't find a phone number on line to contact the hotel and ask if that was still an option. Overall a good stay and a wonderful location in a beautiful setting."
