"First time staying at this chain. I would easily consider the option again given the chance based on included amenities alone. The room was very clean and felt new. The Continental breakfast was very good and coffee decent. The only downfall was when I spilled my wine in the sheets and stained everything. Despite my errors it was very worth it to book this property!"

"This is an older building with lots of "land-lord-specials" to try to cover repairs and update the building. The pipes vibrated and rumbled when we took showers, which others had complained about to management while we were sitting in the lobby. The staff were all friendly and tried to be accommodating but the pipe situation was throughout the building. The room was fairly clean but the bedding did have stains (bright blue and pink). "Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary."

"I was told by the clerk when I checked out that this property had been sold and the new owners were trying to fix the property. She apologized for the problems we had… but was not really very sincere.
