"I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. The bed was comfortable and room appeared nice. View of outside was beautiful of the pool. Not opened yet but a nice...

"The setting of the hotel was beautiful along the stream. It felt private and safe even though it was within walking distance of West Chester central with restaurants, shops and great coffee and easy driving distance of Longwood Gardens and Valley Forge. Appreciated all the books rather than nicknacks. If I hadn’t had so much planned and the weather was too nice to be inside, I would have read all day. "

"The staff and hotel overall were great. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Great location. It would be better not to advertise as “breakfast included” “breakfast” was really not breakfast it was snacks. Coffee was good but there was no decaf."
