This location needs a SERIOUS upgrade! It should be a lot nicer because it's the only hotel in Centerville.

This was a nice property. I was here for 2 nights & the room was very comfortable. It ias within walking distance of a conveniwnt store that had everything you might need and then a delicious Italian restaurant, Duran's, right next ro that. The property managers were super nice. There was a continental breakfast but i didn't get a chance to try that, although it did smell super yummy! Its easy to get in & out of due to being off a side road along the exit ramp from the highway. I would stay here again if i come back to Centerville! 😊

Place was good for a quick overnight one night stay. Clean room. Staff were very nice. Nonsmoking room had been smoked in previously. Good parking for truck and trailer. Breakfast is very limited, just muffins and two kinds of cereal, no bread, no bagels. No electric car charger.

Bed Bugs
Room 121 has bed bugs!!!! It was a double suite. My husband slept in the bed next to the window. He kept feeling like something was biting him woke up with bite marks all over his neck and shoulders. My little one and I slept in the bed when I woke up noticed a red bug on my pillow and got up and we got our things and left. Thank God my baby didn’t get and bites. The rooms were nasty the was hair on the lamps. We brought our own lysol and bleach wipes to wipe down everything in the beginning. We needed a place to lay our heads for the night but never every again.

It was a nice halfway point between Houston and Dallas with a super easy Off and On ramps to the highway. Next to a very new, big, 24-hour gas station and 5 restaurants in walking distance. On the other side of the overpass there were a few more fast food and gas stations. Other than this it felt very much like being in the country.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience, but if you would have mention to the front desk than we would have change the room as it happens sometimes the A/C quit working because of hot temperature outside.And also after you checked out we have rented that same room couple times and haven’t got any complain about the A/C not working.

Filthy Hotel
I drove up to the hotel and it was filthy from the outside. Everything I could see was dirty and unkept. The curtains to the dirty windows looked bad. The whold appearance of the hotel made me uncomfortable enough that I just drove away knowing that I wouldn't get any refund. The hotel does not look anything like the pictures advertised. I would never stay here!

Sorry to hear that but for my understanding that you never came to front desk person and ask for refund for not liking the hotel. Then we would have come to some agreements. Also since we bought the property we are constantly trying to upgrade everything.

The property was clean enough. It is an older property and in seemingly good order. It was near where I needed to be and certainly I have stayed in worse. The biggest disappointment I had was that there was no breakfast. The people at the desk said a group of people ate all of the breakfast. They told us about a place where we could buy our own breakfast.
