Rooms: 10/10 The rooms are more like full apartments – huge, spacious, and very well equipped. Extremely comfortable and perfect for families traveling with children. Family-friendly: 10/10 Staying here with kids was a great experience. The large apartment-style rooms made everything easier and more relaxing for the whole family. Staff: 10/10 Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Especially Elvine! "The hotel on the map was different location to the pictures in the ad. After $1000 in data and numerous taxi rides we arrived at the hotel in the pictures. Apparently it had been sold and by the looks houses homeless people. Okay mistakes and scams happen but what is not except able is that it is near impossible to contact expedia. "
