"Staff was great and room was very nice. My only complaint would be that our room had a connecting door to the room next door and our neighbors called the front desk because we were playing a board game and laughing too loud for them at 10:06 on a Saturday evening. We equally heard them bright and early the next morning. I feel a hotel boasting the amenities it does should probably be addressing noise issues/sound proofing."

"I didn't like that the office was closed, or that the kiosk did not accept my ID. It kept it a long time, then when it spit it out, it kept recirculating back to the beginning. The route to the front loby was confusing, and some staff were also confused. However, the front lobby was accomodating, very friendly & it felt like home. When I returned having misunderstood the directions, one representative walked me to the elevator. It was very much appreciated after a long hard day."
