"The property is very nice. However, the payment method between Expedia and let the property needs to be corrected. The property had no knowledge of my reservation and payment. I had to pay the property for my stay and have Expedia reimbursed me. This is unacceptable "

"Beautiful grounds. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Service in restaurants very slow but ok if you are not in a hurry. Property has seen better days, bed very hard, lack of maintenance on basics is noticeable. Holes and stains on bed fly net not at all pleasant.
Was ok but wouldn’t go back."

"I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at.
First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. It's extremely uncomfortable to drive on.
Once I arrived at the hotel I really wanted to like the place. One of the owners seemed friendly, and the staff also...

"I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad."
