"Parking included is a real plus in the downtown area. Room is clean and fine. This particular stay it was very loud overnight, more than a usual downtown noise. Staff is great, air conditioned room, shower is good pressure and nice. Location is good and affordable for downtown."

"The AZB has a very beautiful property with all the amenities you could ask for during your stay, even with stunning mountain views. Renatas restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails. The Cup and Cone Market has wonderful grab-and-go items; the overnight oats are very tasty. The staff is amazing and very friendly. You must check out AZB for yourself and experience the great stay. "This place has no right to call itself a Spa and charging a $100 spa-fee when they don't even provide shampoo or soap unless you ask for it. It's reaching to even call itself a Hotel."

"They do not have parking. You heed to find a public parking structure. The area at night was not the safest or nicest at night either. Homeloss everywhere. And i mean everywhere just randomly laying around. The facility's itsrkf although understandable a historic building could use sone restoration. Night staff was very helpful although day desk operator walked a line of rude."

"Service was great - the only complaint I have is the parking, it’s forced valet and I think you can actually park yourself around the corner in a garage for cheaper. I would look into avoiding the $45/day valet if I stay here in the future. Otherwise, the location is amazing! "
