"Our assessment was that this hotel must be poorly managed because the staff seemed miserable and so unhappy. I felt like I was imposing for just showing up. Such inhospitable kitchen staff. No smiles at either evening reception or breakfast. It must be a terrible work environment for all of them. It is sad when the most outstanding part of this hotel is the provided pool toys.
