"The staff at night checkin were very good and helpful, they assisted with room changes. However, on the day of check out when we went to the parking lot out front to load our vehicle. We noticed someone during the night had hit our car. When we spoke to staff at desk they were extremely unhelpful, stated there were no cameras out front. Additionally, we had a fire alarm early that morning and when we went to evacuate there was an odor of smoke in the hallway. We were told not to worry...

"The AZB has a very beautiful property with all the amenities you could ask for during your stay, even with stunning mountain views. Renatas restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails. The Cup and Cone Market has wonderful grab-and-go items; the overnight oats are very tasty. The staff is amazing and very friendly. You must check out AZB for yourself and experience the great stay. "
