"Clean room, activites are a bit overrated. There is one small area where all 5 games are to be played, so it becomes a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Paid food was too tasty, so breakfast can also be tasty. Service is extremely fast, kudos to that"

"The views from our duplex were great and the room itself was fairly cozy for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. However, the staff behaved unprofessionally from the get go. For instance, once we got there, the person at the reception tells me I have a booking with code EP3 and asked me to explain what it was. I was a little flustered and mentioned how I just booked through Expedia and shouldn't they know the internal codes. He somehow makes it sound like I made some error and need to explain...
