"When we arrived the fire alarm was blaring (it was still going off the next morning).Completed check-in with the self service kiosk. We didn’t see a message about checking in after hours to call to receive a parking pass to avoid having our vehicle towed (came out to the next morning to take our daughter to NSO to no vehicle). We found out roughly 5 cars were towed overnight. If you stay here make sure to get the paper to stick in your car. The tow company walks the parking lot waiting to tow...

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is a little older, but it was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check in and our stay enjoyable. The price was excellent for what we received. The only area that could use some improvement was the breakfast. Overall, it's a great value, and I would stay here again."

"The staff was great!! The breakfast was delicious every morning with great hours from 6a-10a. The pool was clean! The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great! The Kyle Hampton Inn is in a great location as well. I will stay here every time I come out to visit the family near by! Thank you Hampton Inn!"

"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and location was good. The swimming pool was green, there was only 1 staff member working at night so the person was overwhelmed, they ran out of towels very often and air condition in hallway was not working."

"This is our second time staying at this property. It’s one of our favorites. They have a great welcoming event every evening and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast is great every morning and our daughter couldn’t wait to go down each day."

"The room was huge and comfortable, but... Our room was missing a few things like the toilet paper roll holder, an ice bucket and I believe a lot of the dishes in the kitchen area. Someone had broken a plug off in the light fixture which could be dangerous. My daughter found an eyelash stuck to her bed comforter. So lots of random weirdness. As for the property, only one of the elevators is in working order. So you have to wait a long time. Other than that, there are lots of amenities. The...

"Very modern and comfortable unit. Kept plenty cool. Open and airy. Only drawback was the 2nd shower water could not be routed to the shower head from the tub spigot."

"Our room key didn't work so had to get new keys 3 times. Hallway had a weird smell and had stains on carpet. The door to our room was dirty (inside and out). Elevator inspection that was posted was past due. The check in girl was very nice at least."
