"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans.
Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"La comida estuvo muy bien, porciones grandes, buen sabor, precio razonable. La atención al cliente excelente, el personal atento, amable y con intención de solucionar. La limpieza de las habitaciones regular. El personal de limpieza dejó la puerta trasera abierta en dos ocasiones exponiendo la seguridad de nuestras pertenencias.
