"I was very disappointed with this stay, especially considering the nearly $300 price tag for a single night.
The hotel is currently under construction and, unfortunately, it shows. There was dust throughout the property, and check-in has been moved to the back of the building through a dark, uninviting hallway. When I asked about it, the front desk staff said it has been this way for about two years.
The room itself had several issues. The internet service was poor, and the TV system did not function properly. Despite advertising smart TV capabilities, none of the streaming or smart features were accessible, and even basic TV navigation was difficult.
The pool area was also disappointing. It was not well maintained, and the towel station was overflowing with dirty towels while clean towels were unavailable until we requested they be restocked. Additionally, the pool room door was frequently propped open, allowing people to come and go freely. This made the area feel less secure and less private for families.
This used to be one of our preferred places to stay when traveling through the area, but the quality has declined significantly. Given the condition of the property and the amenities that were unavailable or not functioning, I do not feel the experience justified the cost."
