"Good hotel with breakfast close to the train station. Comfortable bed"

"We had booked a room with two beds and did not get the required beds. Yet they added two 2 inches mattresses on top of a box spring which gave the illusion of two beds. The room was noisy and too hot, because the marvelous sun hit the window on the 6th floor. It was not possible to sleep with the window open because of the noise of trains and traffic on Rue Voltaire, ventilation was equally noisy. So if you plan to go to this hotel, ask for a room that is not on the west side overlooking Rue Voltaire. Breakfast was totally nice, with hot food as well as chacuterie, pastries, swiss cheese, three kinds of yogurt, and condiments like nuts, chia seeds. Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff too. The city of Geneva does give vouchers to visitors for the use of FREE all public transport, which the hotel will give you. Another great and definitely helpful feature. No need to worry about getting tickets. This was a great plus."

"Extremely close to the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle was outside when we departed airport and then ran approximately every 10 minutes back to the airport. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets. Bathroom had toiletries and facecloths (not always found in European hotels). Exactly what we needed. I’d stay again."

"Fantastic hotel! Staff were very friendly throughout the trip, check in and out very easy & quick. Drinks in the bar were fantastic, the hotel was spotless clean, possibly the best shower I've ever used. Loved our stay here! Would recommend, and would definitely stay here again, or another hotel in the chain."

"This hotel is excellent in every way. It is beautiful, clean, everything is first class! A tram stop is right in front of hotel! I’m not used to riding trams, but the staff here at the hotel gave me complete directions and a map! I just successfully got to my destination and returned to the hotel! Wonderful restaurants are near by. I highly recommend!"
