"One if the nicer hotels in downtown Trois-Rivières. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was pretty decent sized. You do always have to ask for extra towels but they did show up. Good location. In and out privileges for parking. The restaurant has been upgraded and is quite good."

"Motel qui aurait du potentiel, mais il présente des besoins de rénovations. Par exemple, dans notre chambre, la fenêtre ne barre pas et le ventilateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait plus, amenant beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre. Propreté générale correcte, dont les planchers. Mais présences de taches sur les murs et portes. Au niveau des commodités, c'est bien. Le déjeuner était bon, bonne variété. Par contre, les tables n'étaient pas lavées entre les utilisateurs. Le pire est de constater l'absence de recyclage. Les assiettes, les tasses et ustensiles sont tous jetables et vont directement dans la poubelle! Motel bien situé, près de la 20."

"Impessive hotel. Well worth the stay. Breakfast is good but the rooms are excellent. Lots of extras such as tile bathrooms and wood plank flooring. Bed was very comfortable and pillow selection excellent. Staff are great and parking is plentiful."

"Writing We had a pleasant stay overall. The property is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 117, which unfortunately was quite noisy due to a group partying and dancing in the banquet room above us. We brought this to the staff’s attention, and they promptly spoke with the group and advised them that the noise had to stop by 11 p.m. The group respected this, and we appreciated the staff’s efforts to address the situation. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, so moving wasn’t an option. While the noise was frustrating and affected our comfort, we felt the staff did what they could to help. Unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the spa which looked amazing. On a positive note, the rooftop hot tub was wonderful and very relaxing! With such a beautiful property and friendly staff, we would have enjoyed our stay even more without the noise issue."
