"Bom custo benefício. Quarto simples, mas amplo e confortável. Café da manhã bom. Área de lazer não utilizamos mas parece mto agradável durante o dia ! Piscina boa, redes, bangalôs, bar na área da piscina e playground."

"O quarto 1207 é barulhento: tem alguma máquina ligada até tarde de noite. Tive que usar tampa-ouvidos para dormir. Tinha pelos no piso do banheiro. O academia de ginástica é visivelmente avessa aos hóspedes: tem que pedir senha na recepção (o que ninguém da recepção avisa, claro). O recepcionista da academia não faz muita questão de ajudar também. Desisti, fui correr na rúa. Quando terceirizam os serviços, os hóspedes ficam preteridos, porque não pagam. Normal. Não gostei. As refeições (jantar e café da manhã) são de ótima qualidade. A estrutura do hotel em geral é muito boa."

"Exceptional staff and a very reliable, clean stay I had a great experience at Matiz. The hotel is simple but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and while the internet was just "ok" (could be a bit faster), it got the job done. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible service. I realized upon arrival that I had accidentally made my Expedia reservation for the wrong date. Instead of turning me away, the staff identified the issue immediately and accommodated me for the correct dates without any hassle. They are an amazing team that clearly puts the guest first. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place with helpful staff, I highly recommend Matiz."
