"Use Uber to get there from airport or train station. Taxi drivers in the city are crooks. Either way, you get dropped off 3 blocks from the old town square and have to bring tour bags over rough cobble stones. Once there, it is the best possible location, Be ready for 51 stair steps to get in."

"Avoid this property by all means! the staff are rude and unhelpful, the food is terrible, prices are outrageous for food, the food menu is limited and all microwaved junk food. There is no mini fridge in the room even to keep a bottle of water. They have a small container that you have to fetch water from all the way at the end of the hall from a water dispenser. I ordered lasagna and when they served it to me the server never told me that the dish came out of oven and it is very hot. I burned...

"The towels need to be replaced. My room had too much traffic noise. Only one towel hook in bathroom. Staff and common areas are excellent."

"I loved staying here. It felt like I had my own posh apartment in Warsaw, which I suppose is the point. I'll definitely be back on future trips, and would recommend it enthusiastically to others. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped - everything feels very new, clean and modern. "My family and I have a great time at this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and maintain high quality. Their chef at the egg station is a great cook. It is the best breakfast we had when we were in Europe. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful.
