"The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly"

"There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee."

"Our room had a portable humidifier/AC unit. It was crazy loud and water sprayed out of it onto the bed. The mattress was not comfortable. The tv stand had a broken drawer that was sitting on an angle. Towels were supposed to be white, but had several stains on them. We had no coffee table, or chair like the other rooms."

"Shower and cabinetry in the room looked like it needed cleaned. Breakfast was very poor. It went from 6-9;30. At 8:30 when we were there, they were out of almost everything except dry cereal, yogurt, a few muffins, and 3 apples. Little was done to bring out more food. Most people were standing around waiting for more, but ultimately left. All of that aside, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable."

"Room had a jacuzzi tub but didnt advise us at check in that it didnt work. Shower was almost unusable being clogged and what little water we had the water was shooting all the wrong ways. Was also some random hairs laying around. I will not return. I paid $160 for what was worth maybe half that."

"My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!"

"Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days."

"I really have to say it was a mistake to have booked this place; it should be inspected by some authority. Our stay was very bad. First, we arrived having already booked this place online, so we had no references. On the day of our visit, my children, my wife, and I entered our assigned room, turned on the light, and what was there was far from normal ,There were cement stains on the carpet. Well, I thought, maybe we'd continue with the remodeling, since my kids were already sleepy. Traveling...

"The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! But other than that everything else was very poor. The room and hallways were VERY dirty. Also the furniture including the lamp, dresser and chair were broken in the room itself. "

"Theres no elevators and for people in wheelchairs they wont switch to the forst floor and our key cards didnt work 3 times we had 3 rooms 1 room the water was cold never got warm other room the bathroom light wouldnt turn off no do not disturb signs for house keeping when trying to take a nap breakfast was nice and the bartender was great!"
