"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a really beautiful location with great views all around. We loved the esthetic of the wood + fur decor with the large windows that allowed us to take in the beautiful landscape. It is walking distance to everything you need in town and when we needed to take a car the hotel was happy to help us out with arrangements. "Excellent view from the room and common/ breakfast area of the lake and mountains beyond. Comfortable, cosy room with great bathroom facilities. Staff extremely helpful with advice on local restaurants, weather and booking trips for us. Easy walk to and from town, but there is a shuttle car service in the evening for when the weather makes walking less appealing!"

"Very nicely maintained. An old style building with large windows open to a beautiful view of landscape. The entire place is decorated nicely. The front desk staff Matías is very helpful. He helped us book a tour in the last minute while the original booked tour failed to pick us up in the morning as originally scheduled. We can’t say enough thanks to Matías!"

"I arrived solo at I Keu Ken Hostel on my first night in Argentina/Patagonia. Met great people there to hang out with. I was only there one night and it was definitely nice to arrive at a friendly hostel. The woman at the check-in desk (I forgot her name but she was from Costa Rica) was a gem. So nice, funny, and welcoming. She also made a dinner reservation for us at her friend's restaurant. He makes meals for local in his home! It was such a beautiful experience."
