"OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended.

Had a fantastic stay. We had the welcome you would expect from a small family run hostel, but with the benefits of any small hotel. Four of us, including two adult children in their 20s, shared the quadruple room and had everything we needed. This was very conveniently located near the train station. Although we arrived much late than we planned (around mid night), the proximity of the accommodation made is less of a concern. Nice and cosy apartment with necessary amenities . The apartment came with a modern sophisticated washer/dryer which was very useful. It is well lit and clean. 2-3min walk to the Bernina express station. Plenty of restaurants near by.

The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano.

The hotel owner and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. The interior decor and rooms are even more stunning and immaculate than shown in the online advertisements. Situated in a charming village, the hotel is close to delicious Italian restaurants that are both affordable and delightful. After enjoying our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional night. I highly recommend this hotel!
