Wonderful Experience

Fantastic boutique hotel.Beautifully decorated rooms with many thoughtful details, great garden/pool/bar area, delicious breakfast and very centrally located - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. But what really sets Alura apart is the staff. Ipek and her team are so welcoming- it felt like staying with friends. I would highly recommend- can't wait to go back. PS our fav thing was to have pre- dinner drink in the garden (Umet makes a great cocktail) - perfext relaxing way to start the evening

Amazing....

I traveled all around the world and stayed at many different boutique hotels. But Alura is the best boutique hotel by far that I have ever stayed in. The personal touch given by the owner (Ms. Ipek) and the rest of the crew did exceed all of our expectations. They truly provide the best Turkish Hospitality. The room was very well maintained and extremely clean, sheets smell lavender like at home... Breakfast is served from 8:30am until 10:30 and it is out of this world!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone whom like to have an enjoyable stay at Alacati!

Öncelikle güleryüzlülüğü ve misafirperverliği için hem işletme sahibine hem çalışanlarına bir kez daha teşekkürler. Ancak eleştiri kaliteyi yükseltir felsefesiyle, yaşadağım olumsuzlukları da buradan iletmek isterim. 1) Bu tarz lokasyonlarda otele ait bir otopark bulunmaması normal, ancak otelin yanıbaşında oldukça büyük bir özel otopark bulunuyor. En azından otel bu otopark ile anlaşıp müşterilerin otopark ücretlerini karşılamalıydı. Günlüğü 200 liradan toplam 400 lira ekstra otopark ücreti ödemek durumunda kaldım ki hoş olmadı. 2) Kahvaltıda gelen simitler muhtemelen önceki günden kalmaydı, ısıtmalarına rağmen taş gibi geldi. Günlük konaklama ücreti 5000 lira olan bir otelde 10 liralık taze simit de verilebilir diye düşünüyorum. Bunun dışında kahvaltı standart. 3) Giriş katında kaldığımız odada ciddi bir gider kokusu vardı, mutlaka fiziki bir çözüm geliştirilmesi gerekiyor. Yazlık yerlerde bildiğiniz gibi kaldığınız otel ile fazla bir işiniz olmuyor, gezmeye geliyorsunuz sonuçta. Bi kahvaltı, bir de uyku. Bu nedenle memnuniyet dereceniz de beklentinizle paralel değişiyor. Biz genel olarak memnunuz diyebilirim. Ancak sonraki seyahatlerimde farklı işletmeleri de denerim.

Yillardir Alacati’da cok farkli otelleri deneyimledik ancak Alura bizim icin her aninda “Bunu da dusunmus olamazlar” dedigimiz bir otel oldu. Sahibi Ipek Hanim’in dokunuslari otelin her noktasinda yuzumuzu gulumsetti. Gidebilecegimiz mekanlar konusunda yardimci olusu da ayrica kiymetliydi. Personel gunun her saati yardima hazir ve kibardi. Kahvaltisi da fazlasiyla basariliydi. Ipek Hanim ve Alura ekibine tekrardan tesekkur ederiz.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum, wo jede Nacht das Partyleben tobt. Einerseits toll so nah dran zu sein, andererseits hat es viele Nachteile: die Parksituation ist die reinste Katastrophe, da die umliegenden Straßen von einem Valet-Park-Service „regiert“ werden. Die Fenster im Hotel sind nicht annähernd isoliert, wie es einer anderen Bewertung zu lesen ist. Wer also vor 1 Uhr nachts schlafen gehen möchte ist hier definitiv fehl am Platz. Auch der Service im Hotel war nicht besonders zuvorkommend, da bin ich aus Alaçatı wirklich besseres gewohnt. Ich würde nicht noch einmal hier her kommen.

Öncelikle otelin çok merkezi bir konumu var. Odalar çok ferah ve kullanılan sabunun kokusuna kadar her şey özenle seçilmiş gibi! Otel Sahibi İpek Hanım tanıdığım en tatlı insanlardan birisi. Otele giriş yaptığımda beni çok sıcak bir şekilde karşılayıp Alaçatı ile ilgili bilgiler verdi ve tatilimi planlamama yardımcı oldu. Personel çok güler yüzlü, kendinizi bir anda çok pozitif bir ortamda bulduğunuzu söyleyebilirim. Tabi bu konuda İpek Hanım’ın enerjisinin çok büyük bir katkısı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sabah kahvaltıları ise mükemmel! Alura ailesine bana güzel anılar bıraktıkları için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Öncelikle otel oldukça merkezi. Onun harici olarak küçük ve temiz bir otel. Otel sahibi İpek hanım oldukça ilgili ve bütün istekler ve sorunlarla yakından ilgileniyor. Tatile gitmeden önce defalarca aramalarıma detaylı bilgiler verip yardımcı olmaya çalıştı; ek olarak tatilimiz boyunca da tatilimizi planlamamız konusunda yardımcı oldu; denizin durumu rüzgar yönü gibi önemli bilgiler verdi. Temizlik konusunda odamız her gün detaylı şekilde temizlenmekteydi ve gayet güzeldi. Buna ek olarak otelin bar ücretleri de alaçatı fiyatlarında hatta biraz daha düşük. Kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve keyifliydi. Ek olarak dolaşabilmemiz için otelin bisiklet vermesi de çok güzel bir detaydı. Sabahları alaçatıda bisiklet sürmek çok keyifliydi. Korona dönemi olmasına karşın muhteşem bir tatil geçirdik. Bütün isteklerimizle yakından ilgilendiler ve güzel bir tatil geçirebilmemiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz oteller arasındadır. Bütün otel personeline teşekkür ediyoruz.

We loved our stay at the Alura Hotel. It was in a great location, close to all the shops and restaurants. The location can be a little loud at night (this is the case with any hotel in town), so bring some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. The hotel’s garden and pool area were absolutely charming. Ipek was the most friendly and generous hostess. We loved all of her recommendations and just chatting with her in general. The daily breakfast was delicious and the service was superb. Be sure to order a margarita from Erman! We look forward to our next stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This tiny hotel really exceeded my expectations. The manager was so nice and really took the time to explain the surroundings and tend to our needs. She even translated for us to help out with our other reservations. The hotel itself was clean and detailed. The breakfast was amazing, lots home made jams and pastry. Would definitely recommend it!
