"Lovely clean hotel with lots of character. Great receptionists, very helpful and informative. Basement room with bunk bed was spacious and accomodating. Perfect location to explore Biarritz. Easy to park in front for pick up/drop off. We had a great time - will stay again."

"2 night stay woke each day with multiple bites on every family member. No visible mosquitos so hoping not bed bugs???? UNCONFIRMED? Was clean enough but property needs maintenance - Cracks in sink, no holder for shower so have to hold above head, bathroom door hard to close as gets trapped by bed. Extremely basic room but big enough for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable, air con works but no coffee making facilities, no iron and had to complain as room above had children running around...

"The rooms and the beds are very small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and impressively navigated several jobs at once in three languages. The location off the highway is convenient for driving but you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel because there are no sidewalks and it is a busy street. You have to make a reservation ahead of time if you want dinner there. It is pet friendly but no place to walk your dog."
