"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"Hotel was amazing! Welcome drink on arrival so refreshing!!! Staff were excellent, the hotel was so nice and the location was great! Close to everything including a great view spot to see the Matterhorn. Made it so easy to get sunrise pics of the Matterhorn. Breakfast had cooked to order options. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Our stay at this hotel was very satisfying. Its location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the Zermatt Matterhorn Viewpoint, which was perfect for my early morning photo shoots of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was outstanding, with a high standard of food and an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and recommended great sightseeing spots for us to explore. Highly recommended."
