今すぐに このホテルの取扱いを止めるべきです。
事前にネット決済をしていましたが、チャックアウトの時に請求をされました。たまにある行き違いでしょうが、その対応はホテルとして、到底許されるレベルではありません。
他のイビスホテルは、このようなことはありません。長春のイビスは、最悪です。

ホテル内は全て「喫煙」です。 禁煙希望者は、他のホテルへ！
このホテルは、喫煙者専用の
ホテル。
禁煙と書いてある
場所も、全て「喫煙」で！自由にタバコが吸えるようです。
廊下も部屋も受付もロビーも。
タバコが吸えます。
私はタバコを吸わないので、とても
ツラかったです。外のほうが空気がいいです。
スタッフも「しょうがない」と言うだけで、注意しません。
他の国のibisは、しっかりしているだけに、失望しました。
私は二度と泊まることはないです。
