"Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily."

"很方便的民宿，距離捷運站步行大約5分鐘，對開車旅客比較不友善，附近很難有停車位，而且停車場稍遠（走路10分鐘），並且要自行付費。平均一晚過夜停車費約200～350左右，開車旅客建議可以考慮別間民宿，這裡比較適合機車族或是搭捷運。除了開車不方便之外，其他都很好，民宿房間還有洗衣機。床很硬，習慣就好。"
