When we walked to the desk in person the attendant was on their personal cell phone with headphones in. The room was moderately clean as if it had been rushed & our key card didn’t work for the gym or pool."

"The hotel was very clean, from top to bottom. The breakfast area was small, but well kept and well stocked. A Nescafé instant brew station was a treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. My room was on the backside, and had zero noise from outside. I struggle to find a hotel mattress that is firm and supportive, so many are downright soft and after a couple nights, my lower back hurts all day. The Best Western mattress was better (for me) than most others at a similar rate. It’s a convenient location, whether passing through or staying awhile. Having a Waffle House right next door isn’t a bad thing either."

"Trust me, it's worth a little extra for the security of knowing this hotel will be a lot more safe, relaxing. The beds and bedding at Comfort Inn is 10x better than other budget chains."
