"This property from the beginning wasn't ready at 3pm as stated. I asked Alicia what would they do about the fact that our room wasn't ready and she said, “Nothing. We are short staffed!” She was rude and condescending. This is place is nasty and staff is disrespectful. Do not stay there."

"The rooms were decent, and I enjoyed the beach view. I asked for a downstairs room due to having a bad knee, but I still wasn't able to get one. The parking lot was a mess, and it was hard to find a place to park due to not enough parking, plus most cars were taking up two parking spots."

"Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out."

"The breakfast was a stinker. Everything else was good for one night. The light in the bathroom blinked then went out for a few minutes. The person at the front desk was very pleasant."

"The hotel provided an average spread of breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very friendly and attended to us very well. Our rooms were clean, but we found a couple of critters around the room and in the mini fridge. The AC in the room was leaking water and the carpet puddle kept spreading. Maintenance never made it in to correct the problem. Again, the staff was friendly but promises never followed through. "

"I stayed here when visiting Corpus Christi/Port Aransas with family members on vacation. Room cleanliness: the sheets and comforter did not smell good at all and had a few stains. They smelled very mildewy and was a bit bothersome. The double queen we stayed in had all floor and it was very dirty. It was uncomfortable to walk on with no shoes. "The property sits in an awesome location outside of the property is well kept. Our room had mold on the bath room wall and in the shower. The door leading to the other room was poorly installed. Late night guests running through the hallways I would recommend on site security to patrol the floors. The staff on the other hand were awesome very friendly and helpful."

"I didn't know that you had to request room service before 8am to have them clean the room. Had to request twice towels and toilet paper. I didn't care about cleaning the room but at least take it the trash and remove used towels."

"Room was very clean and the A/C works great! The staff was really friendly at check in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a large bad patch job on the ceiling by the window. Also, my door stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close."
