"Clean room & close by the Air Force base! The only issue I had was rooms not being ready at 3pm; the front desk Clerk was nice but told me to return in an hour! Yo be fair, I did book using a third party app which was probably why the system didn’t show my information. "

"This hotel is about expectation management. It was the cheapest thing available with free cancelation and "decent" reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The room was large - probably unnecessarily large. On the negative side, there was an obvious funk to the hotel. First, I was not aware at the time of booking that there would be an additional $50 holding fee/deposit required at check-in. "When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! "I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again."
