The staff is always been very friendly and helpful. The price is always cheap/affordable for good enough accommodations. The hallways in building number one always stink of smoke, even though I am in a non-smoking room. We always stay there because of the price and location. We’ve never had a problem with the room. It’s not the Hilton, but it works for us because we’re not really spending time at the hotel or in our room There is a good assortment at breakfast and they have a good coffee machine If we are ever back in Charleston, we would probably stay there again

The staff at this facility were very nice and super friendly. The room was large but it stops there. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled like nothing but smoke. And the beds are very uncomfortable. I was glad we were only here for one night.

The building we stayed in absolutely wreaked of curry. It was obvious they were letting family members live there and cook in their room. No hot water and when asked about was told that is what happens when they are busy. My clothes smelled of curry all weekend and we tried to change hotels everything was booked.

This was a great place to spend the night. The room was clean. The area was quiet - much better than the other hotels in the area. Breakfast was better than normal for a hotel that includes it in the price. There was a refrigerator in the room. The staff were helpful. They even let us store our freeze cans in their freezers over night. I would stay here again when we pass through the area.

Always a good stay. Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work that was frustrating. The breakfast is always good but they should wait a few more minutes as people were still coming in at 8:58. I know it closes at 9 BUT a few more minutes isn’t going to hurt anyone and then food isn’t wasted. Staff was nice and I get they need to tear down at 9am however a family with 3 small children could have been let to get some toast and maybe an apple but were told no.

Very disappointed
I use this site because I have a cat and when I travel I look for a pet friendly hotel. I check the fine print for deposit and special requirements. When I arrived I was told they do not accept cats that is not mentioned in the app. Had I prepaid I would have been out the price of the room. The gentleman was nice enough to help me find a place for me and my cat.
