"We enjoyed our overnight stay at this venue. We liked the motel-style accommodation, which meant not only was noise limited, including further away from traffic, but also we could park our car beside the lodge. The room was user-friendly, though a little dingy, but it suited our purposes. It was clean and dog-friendly, so everything we wanted for a good price. We also enjoyed our meal and drinks at the venue and the prices were really reasonable. Would happily return if travelling through...

"Enjoyable stay in one of the pub's rooms at the back of the property. Nice big room with settee and two chairs, much better than having to sit on the bed. Tea and coffee, fridge and bottled water are nice extra touches provided for when you get back from a day exploring. Shower good, water hot plus soft towels ( much appreciated!) and very quiet location in a small village with a handy village store in walking distance. Great overall stay."
