"Beautiful location with an amazing outdoor living space . 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen fully stocked and air conditioning . A little far to walk from town center like 10 mins downhill from funicular …means 10 mins up to get back to top but we didn’t mind because we ate so much we needed the steps. Not steps but gradual inclines and alleyways . Felt secure and great host , very helpful and responsive for checkin ."

"Amazing views. The shuttle service was exceptional as walking wasn't an option. Rooms are slightly dated but who cares when paradise is outside. Unreal that you can stroll to the beach and swim in ocean. Staff is very friendly ."

"The room was horrible. The shower was leaking so we had a big puddle of water on the floor. The sliding door didn’t slide. The customer service was amazing! Eugenia (She’s Argentinian) was so nice! She helped us with our transportation and anything we needed! She was a blessing! "

"This iconic hotel in Capri is the best. A lot of people like the Quisisana but to me there is no comparison. The Punta Tragara is located just a beautiful walk outside of the main plaza so you don’t get the day tripper noise and foot traffic. The staff is thoughtful, courteous, and all speak great English (sadly I don’t speak Italian!) The two swimming pools, photographed by Slim Aarons back in the day, are beautiful. Both restaurants (the Grill by the pool and the Michelin starred Le Monzu) are super. The rooms and amenities are gorgeous and offer several price points that, while expensive, are truly worth it. In a way, the star of the property is the wrap-around view of the Faraglioni rocks and surrounding cliffs. Overall, a great experience."

"A little slice of paradise Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, this hotel was pure magic. The views over the sea are gorgeous. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism. They even arranged a late checkout so we could squeeze in a few extra precious hours by the pool — that little gesture made all the difference. And breakfast on the terrace? A highlight of the entire trip. The French toast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted. Sitting there in the morning sun, looking out over the sea with that on my plate — honestly, perfection. Capri is a special place, but this hotel made it truly unforgettable. We left already talking about when we could come back. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and those little personal touches that make you feel genuinely cared for — look no further.
