"Property and facilities are clean. Can’t complain about free breakfast. I booked a room with two queens and a bathtub and was given a king bed with a shower. Stayed three days and the room was never turned over."

"The Whole time I was there, I felt like those people at the bar trying to have a drink or read- trying to act like it was enjoyable while loud construction was going on. I was trying to convince this place wasn’t as bad as it was. Been to two other hard rock hotels which were great- this was not. The entire lobby was being demolished it seemed like, loud construction and chairs and tables thrown into another room. Cable out on last night Holes and stains on carpet The mattress sheet was put on upside down/too small and kept popping off the entire stay. Asked for help to fix this about three times- each time they just tucked it back in for it to pop back off. No one here seemed to really want to help for any reason. At least I didn’t see any bedbugs because I kept getting good looks at the bare mattress. Gym not kept/dirty Nothing really around unless you’re going to State Farm or Mercedes It’s like no one there has worked anywhere before- every interaction is either awkward or indifferent or flat out rude- except bald beard guy In room cooler didn’t cool- they told me I was supposed to fill a drawer with no drain and a light inside with ice for it to cool. More of the same “just get out of my face, dude” service here. The amenity closet was a good idea, the room decor was nice. "

"The breakfast was relatively fresh since we dined late. There were a lot of choices but there were lot of the basics - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins. It just didn't feel like it was worth the price. The room was large but dark. Parking seemed expensive to self-park in the large open lot."

"Pretty happy with my stay overall. Came in mid April and pool was closed unfortunately, and the microwave on our floor didn't work but that's the only major complaints. Breakfast was pretty much the same every morning but always good and fresh. Always fresh coffee out. Staff was great and helpful. AC and heat worked terrific, beds were comfy. Yes the highway is slightly annoying but with the AC running you don't hear a thing. We slept well all 5 nights. Would stay again."
