"Excellent property and amazing staff. One my my best hotel stay experiences ever. Elizabeth Mookken, the relationship manager was prompt in reaching out to ensure my stay was comfortable. Sumesh from the front desk was super helpful during the check in process as I had to check in early and leave early. The rice boat restaurant was awesome and the staff Ahilan made great order recommendations. Truly a memorable experience and I plan to come back."

I'm usually critical, and don't give such ratings easily -- but I want to specifically thank TAJ KUMARAKOM's accommodation manager, the housekeeping in-charge, and the restaurant team for making our stay MEMORABLE for a family occasion. They went out of their way to make it special with cake, decorations, and EXCEPTIONAL service. We experienced the magic of the TAJ experience, and the staff members definitely lived up to this ideal. Keep it up!"

"Nice experience- right from the check in stage, the team provided a nice room. The Chef Selva and other chef and coffee counter person were super helpful in customising available options for my taste. The waiting staff and restaurant managers were great too. Abod in the bar on the rooftop was very courteous. Housekeeping paid attention to details and tech support arranged a long length HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV. Nice experience overall though expensive. Restaurants taking their last order by 1045pm was a bit odd. No 24 hour coffee shop or tea lounge."
