"Hotel is a bit far from the Metro station. However it is pretty easy and cheap to get a private driver via Didi and Baidu App. Room is very huge and offer all amenities except hand soap. All the staffs are very helpful and go all out to help the hotel guest. Thumb up for the counter staffs in the hotel. "

"First thing to note is how wonderfully helpful the staff are at the hotel, particularly the woman who speaks English who helped me with multiple requests - from buying a power bank on arrival (mine had been confiscated at the airport), to preparing a snack box for my work meetings, nothing was too much trouble!
