"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout our stay. Both breakfast and lunch were outstanding, with an incredible selection of fresh seafood and so many delicious options. The room was huge, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bed linen was wonderfully soft and delicate. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would happily come back again."

"Great comfortable and modern hotel. Free laundry with dryer is a plus. The staff were not exactly the most helpful. The one who checked me in didn’t even know what she was doing - first asked me to pay 300 yuan or so although I paid in full for my one night. Then she later said oh no sorry. Then asked for my visa while my passport was with her and there was a clear transit sticker. Anytime I asked a question, I got a blunt response like someone who didn’t care.
