The worst experience of my life. I always seek out good deals but I suggest you skip this place. From start to finish, a total disaster. They gave me the wrong room altogether and the room was filthy and destroyed. The tv was broken and swinging sideways as it was blasting music from the previous tenant. Multiple other things happened but I just hope I get out here alive. This place is a rip off and a half. Do not stop here. Ever.

This property when we arrived was not in a good location , the out side very unkempt, homeless, unsavory people from strip club across street, neon sign on building flashing hearts and message come stay with us . We did not even check in . Went in and told them we were canceling reservations.. He told us we had already been charged. So we called our credit card company and put a dispute on the charge . From the time we made reservation till we got to property was less than an hour. Very poor customer service . We have used your service before with no problem but probably will not use it again and we would like the charges taken off our card , Thank you

The stay was horrendous, There was no breakfast available which i paid for. The entire room was falling apart. the front door to the room would not lock. i had to sleep with an open door during my entire stay. the front desk manager would not allow me to change rooms and yelled at me many time and would not answer any further questions. the bathroom had a giant hole in the all of the bathtub. Do not ever choose this place. the person running it does not care for anyone staying in it. the worst stay in 4o years of staying in hotels.

They advertise online and on the hotel entry wall LED sign that they have free breakfast. They DO NOT serve breakfast, obviously for the last 3 years per the front desk. They just lie about it.

The furniture was broken, floor was heavily damaged going in the sink/ bathroom area; no regular heat, had a portable electric heating unit (dangerous) for a commercial property; headboard heavily damaaged; toliet seat had cigarette burns, toilet was reinstalled and the old chaulk was not properly removed; next door guests were up all night drinking and being lodpud, smoking marijuana on balcony, no toilet paper holder. Unit had large clumps of dust and human hair on top of box spring under head board near wall. All in all this unit is needing many repairs, shouldn't have been rented. Homeless camp inside just inside the property fenceline. Was concerned leaving unit and leaving my vehicle unattended in parking lot. Not a good, safe, or clean place to stay. Sorry,.really bad experience.

I asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled of smoke. I did not ask to be moved as the room was perfect location as I was pulling a trailer and I could park it right outside. The tub/shower did not drain well, one of the "clean" towels had stains on it, lamp shade was trashed. I stayed there based on the price and location I needed. I would stay again based on the location I needed.

Not corporate owned or operated, as most small lodging operations. Low class motel with low standards. The only reason I stayed there was due to geographic location and time constraints!

Very disappointing
Pictures of hotel and rooms online were very misrepresented. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known the following. Room was dismal and not welcoming. Bath towels were not available, only bath mats and a foot towel. Fresh linens also not available. Multiple lamps in room were broken, which were only access to lighting aside from bathroom lighting. Location was apparently in a bad area as we had to check in from an outside window, in the cold. No lobby access after 8 p.m. Staff was friendly though and explained guests tended to steal items (like towels), so supplies were limited. Definitely will not stay at this hotel/location again based on this experience

Pictures and description was nothing like the motel. Manager had me fill out many forms and then gave me a room key with a sticky on it. The room assigned to me had a guest in it already. Immediately left, complained and all she said was “I’m human.” How could the system allow her to make such a mistake. I told her I was going to call AMEX and dispute the charges - she was non-plussed. What if she had done same thing to our room, I could have lost my laptop and valuables. There was no one in the room but book bag on the bed and clearly someone was staying in room. I am calling Days Inn as well - this hotel was seedy and dirty. Don’t go to it.

Tie cons are so deplorable hard to explain very dangerous as you have tenets that live there fighting and arguing scream all darn every minute day and night never got sleep at all. Worst Hotel Ever
The room was infested with live roaches throughout the room. Toe nail clippings were on the floor in the bathroom. A section of the bathroom bath ceramics was missing. The tv was mounted crooked. The light was broken. The office people were rude!

The property was quiet. Website noted that there was breakfast available which was not. Lady at the front desk says the owner doesn't want to mess with it and the juice machine has been down for months. All they had was coffee if you were lucky to get it. The room was clean but the dresser was broken. My reservation noted that 2:00 pm was the check in time, so when we got there the door to the room waa wide open and the room wasn't ready. They informed me that check in was at 3:30. So, this place needs to update their information.

The shower curtain has mold on it, the bottom of the tub was filthy as was the toilet seat, not even 20 minutes of being in the room a roach was spotted, the tub wouldn't drain properly so you ended up standing in ankle deep water while showering. It was a terrible place to stay. I didn't have high expectations with a cheap place to stay for the night but that was horrible. I don't understand how they are still in business but they definitely need to be inspected more through.

I've been here for a couple of weeks there was two shootouts in less than 4 days from each other and the shootouts came from the people in the front office that runs the office this place needs to be shut down or even put under New Management because whoever's in the office is going to run that hotel down to the ground I used to stay at this hotel a couple of years ago and I've never had this problem but whoever's in office doing management now her and her kids need to be put out they are going to lose money and bring your business down

The room was filthy on the floor there was spilled motor oil and another spill on the opposite side of something sticky it was obvious the floors had not been cleaned after the previous visitor there was a hypodermic needle underneath the microwave and a piece of broken glass in one of the nightstand drawers that appeared to be from a drug smoking apparatus the smoke alarm was gone just wires hanging from the ceiling two of the lamps did not have shades the light in the bathroom was also just wires hanging from the ceiling with no light the refrigerator had no light on the inside but where the light should have been wires were hanging down with an exposed terminal board so if someone touches it they WILL get electrocuted there was a huge ball of hair on the nightstand on top of the notepad on what should have been a clean nightstand table there was one drawer in the dresser the other two drawers were broken and just sitting in the bottom of the dresser the heater/air conditioning unit was damaged and the plastic grate cover has shifted and makes the controls inaccessible the staff is not friendly don't ask them for anything because you will receive nothing but attitude one towel in the room for 2 there is a single cup coffee maker but nothing else to enjoy coffee in your room the television required 2 remote controls the phone didn't work at all and had a coating of FILTH. Everything was sub-par the only nice surprise was I didn't see any roaches which I was totally expecting

The place is better than economy lodge on London, motel 6 on London and Red roof on London. That's not saying much though. Chain lock on door missing. Smoke alarm hanging out of the ceiling (well the wiring is anyway. The actual alarm is missing). Dead roach on floor. Refrigerator is dilapidated. Spill on floor. Glob of hair on nightstand. Heater/A/C is in disrepair. Hypodermic needle under refrigerator. Broken glass from some type of drug smoking apparatus n drawer.

There was a shoot out in the middle of the night that woke my kids up. Then the next morning we got up to go get the free breakfast that they so called offered and there was a note saying they’re no longer serving breakfast. The alarm clock was infested with roaches. Tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room don’t work. I asked for extra towels and they told me I had to wait until housekeeping came in at 1030. I cut my trip short and left because it was no longer safe for me nor my kids to be there.

One of the worst places i've stayed to date. On-smoming rooms and smelled like smoke. Overall it was dirty and had zero chairs to sit on. I do not recommend. Also, the woman at the front counter had her kid and only said, "I.D, not even a hello.

Mirror broken upon arrival then informed by a resident that if i didnt tell the front desk when i got here that they will try to charge me, hours after i checked in already. Half used toilet paper, half used shampoo, 1 washcloth and handtowel when booked for two adults. Outside of half used "luxuries", rooms are okay on cleanliness. Check in was fine. Mini fridge- frozen food shelf frozen completely and needs to be turned off, thawed completely and started back over. Ice machine broken. Toilet also is a inconvenience having to take off the back just to get a flush.
