"Nice room, very spacious, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, clean. the staff was helpful. The only complaint was there were persons right next to our room, outside talking loudly for quite awhile, and one other person around the corner from our room, talking on the phone loudly for quite awhile; staff did address it promptly. Other than that it was a nice stay. Would recommend it. GOD Bless!"

"Our stay was perfect, the room was clean and on the other side of the busy street so we could sleep very well, this was a big plus for us. The breakfast was delicious and the staff always on it making sure that everything was always filled up. The whipped cream can on top was another plus for us and definitely made our day. Thank you for the excellent service"

"decent place to stay, staff helpful, shuttle to/from CVG convenient. only feedback is giant water fountain in lobby is so loud, made desire to hang out there for cup of coffee or dining at restaurant nearly intolerable. i feel sorry for staff who work in that area…definitely unneeded noise pollution."
