"When we first checked in we had to ask for a whole new room because ours was dirty (hair in the shower, stains on bed sheets, and smelled like weed). They won’t clean your room unless you ask them too but they fail to tell you that you have to ask for them to clean your room. We asked for extra pillows bc one traveler with us was pregnant and uncomfy asked at 10:00 P.M. and they said yes we will bring them to you in about 15 minutes…. Ok cool! They came banging on our door at 12 A.M with pillows and wouldn’t leave til we answered like forget about it by then? Also don’t recommend if you need an elevator to climb stairs bc there ain’t one, and also the sauna doesn’t get as hot as it should. This was the biggest down fall of our vacation and they won’t make it right as I’ve tried to compromise and be nice with them!"
