Easy check-in & out. Convenient parking. Room was clean, though there were stains on loveseat, sheets, comforter (look like they’d been there for awhile; washed & put back on).

1) A/C didnt work 2) bed buds 3) blood stains on Sheets and bed 4) Trash in the elevator 5) The room had an awful smell 6) floor was dirty in room dirt in corners 7) This is the last time I ever stay at a Red Roof Inn 8) need to close this place down

Overall the stay was fine. Front desk staff was nice and check in was easy. Issues with the room: It was warm, dank and musty when we checked in. Got a little better after we had the AC on for a while, though still didn't smell great. Noticed the carpeting by the window / AC was very damp, which may explain the mustiness. Also needed a blanket and at least 2 more pillows. Regards, M. Alford

It seemed as if they hadn’t changed the sheets between stays because one of them was noticeably dirty so we had to get new sheets and change them ourselves. The towels were so rough as to be exfoliating. They should replace the carpets with a hard surface that would be easier to clean because the whole room smelt like it used to be a smoking room but they tried to cover up so it just smelled bad. The pool was closed and there were other areas that needed to be renovated. Overall the place just had the feeling that it needs a lot of renovation.

An obviously older property but seriously neglected. One nice feature (not) was the non-locking bathroom door. In fact, the door handle was falling out of the door frame. Stains on the furniture. Ants crawling up power cords. Smell is hard to describe. Our entertainment, since the TV did not work, was reading the bad reviews which we should have done before reserving our room. There is a really nice YMCA next-door to the property. We considered trying to sneak in there and sleep for the night. Roof Inn should be ashamed. They should’ve paid us to stay there.

The property is a little older and could benefit from a good deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery, but the bed and bathroom were clean and the staff were great. Considering the price of other accomodations in the area it's an excellent value for the money if you're just looking for a clean place to sleep.

Vending machines were out of order, only ice machine was on first floor. Otherwise it was as expected for a red roof inn and last minute booking. Our neighbors had 4 young children that were very loud and running up and down the hallway when I first arrived but they were surprisingly calm later that evening so wasn’t an issue. Over all stay was fine and I accomplished what I came there for. Breakfast would be a huge plus and of they reopened the pool that’s been closed since Covid would certainly make for a much better review. Staff was amazing as always. Friendly and accommodating.

I will never stay here again . Only Customer service was great ,Mary was wonderful. And what i mean by that is she did what she could with what she had ., but my shower water didn't work.So I had to pack my things up and move to another room .Then my microwave in the second room didn't work..This hotel need to be remodeled upgraded. Also I booked 2 nights and stay one I'm still waiting one my refund to be return.
