"When we first arrived we were not pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The front desk was incredibly apologetic and immediately moved us to a different room which was excellent. We weren’t upset, just hopeful for a change and they accommodated politely and quickly. Things happen, but when a property is so willing to make it right that is greatly appreciated. Front desk staff was very kind and even gave our pups treats."

"The bathroom was FILTHY DIRTY. The shelf under the sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. The tub was filthy too. If the place was clean, it would’ve been a decent room, but I was repulsed. There was also garbage on the floor in the bathroom."
