Due cose su Hotel Trieste:

Hotel con prezzo molto basso. L'attuale proprietario, un signore molto gentile, ha da poco rilevato la struttura e sta cercando di sistemare le cose. Le condizioni sono al limite della decenza, comunque la pulizia è accettabile e buona la location. Credo che fra un pò di tempo la situazione sarà migliore. Approfittate del prezzo contenuto e dell'accoglienza del proprietario.

Arrivo prendo la chiave vado in camera da svenire Staffa televisione e presente ma la tel no letto matrimoniale con coperta del doppo guerra zozza non o osato appoggiarmi letto del bambino che se si appoggia scomparirà da com'è sfondato non parliamo degli asciugamani e del bagno zozzo e orribile come sono entrato sono uscito e spero di non aver mai il piacere di rivederlo

Overbooked, could not stay & manager was rude

I cannot really speak about the hotel itself because I never stayed there, even though I booked and paid for the room. The owner apparently does not inform hotels.com or other websites that there are no more rooms available, sells them multiple times and then blames 'the Internet' when lots of angry customers pile up at the reception. I had to walk to other hotels at night, tired and pushing my luggage to see if any other hotel had availability and would take me with the vague promise that Triste hotel would reimburse them for the night. The owner of Trieste was not even making calls or seemed willing to assist. He said we (me and other angry people in the same situation as me) were bothering him, not letting him sleep. And other things in broken Italian that I could not understand, but which didn't sound kind at all. This hotel looks shady to say the least. Terrible experience. My advice is do not try to stay here!

My Mum and I were on a road trip through Italy when we stumbled across this gem after a trip to the hot springs (25 minutes away). Good location. Highly recommended for host, feeling right at home and the price. Cheapest place in the area. Luigi (the host) was very attentive, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and welcoming. No launguage barrier thanks to his smart phone translate app! Breakfast was basic fresh coissants, ham, cheese, cakes, juices and coffee/tea.

siamo stati contattai dalla struttura che per problemi era chiusa e dirottati su un'altro hotel. Al momento del check-out ci è stato chiesto di pagare la stanza, che avevamo già pagato online ad expedia (putroppo facendo molte prenotazioni con largo anticipo ci siamo fidati che ci ricordassimo male noi, anche vista la cifra abbastanza bassa). Abbiamo pagato in contanti e non ci è stata fatta la ricevuta. Adesso speriamo nel servizio clienti di Expedia per avere un rimborso.

un albergo veramente economico

l'albergo è situato in zono centrale su un viale alberato, è molto economico anche per comodamente mangiare senza troppe pretese, il confort è accettabile il personale è discretamente gentile, purtroppo non c'è un ampio parcheggio per le auto di fronte all'albergo, ma si può tranquillamente effettuare scarico e carico dei bagagli

siamo partiti il 23 aprile, stavamo quasi a Chianciano Terme quando veniamo avvisati telefonicamente che non potevamo alloggiare più all'hotel Trieste per una rottura di tubature idriche avvenuta il giorno prima.Giunti sul posto il personale dell'hotel ci dirottava in un altra struttura dove e successo di tutto. La mia valutazione all'hotel Trieste e negativa per tutto ciò che è successo e per non essere stati avvisati dell'accaduto il giorno prima.
