"The staff is super nice. The problem is we paid for the nicest room, yet the toilet made these terrible noises through the night. Seemed like a plumbing reaction when another room used the bathroom. We couldn’t sleep the entire time we were there because we would get woken up by the plumbing noise. For the price, it wasn’t worth it."

"First of all, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and the pillows were poorly stitched, with the stuffing sticking out. Furthermore, there was no room key, so I couldn't leave my luggage in the room when I went out. Furthermore, the noise of the washing machine running in the kitchen/laundry room on the first floor could be heard late into the night. This was truly a disappointing stay."
