"Después de una fila de 30 minutos a media noche, nos atendió Giorgio de mala gana, muy lento, además nos cobró 20 euros extra de un impuesto local... nos quedamos en otro hotel más céntrico en Milán y no cobraron ningún extra. No hay estacionamiento suficiente. Lo único bueno es la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto... a 7 minutos. "

"This hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choice.

"The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area with access to publication transportation and restaurant.
The hotel itself is in an old building with some remodeling done about 5-6 years ago. The room was remodeled OK, but the lobby and elevators were kind of old.
Our stay worked out well overall.
One thing to note is that they charge us for the use of bottle water (2 euro each). There were no signs in the room that said water bottle is 2 euro. We only learned this when we checked out and the...

"The air conditioning in the room did not work. I called 3x to have maintenance fix it the afternoon of arrival. They eventually fixed it at 9am the following morning at 9am. I complained and they offered a 20% discount which still didn’t to compensate for no AC in what is supposed to be a 5* property.
The breakfast was poorly replenished at 9:30 despite supposedly being open until 10am.
One of the reasons I booked the hotel was for the roof top bar which is heavily featured in the web...

"The place is amazing. Very clean, friendly staff and the hotel is a great gut rehab from an old factory to a small luxury hotel. It is a sustainable building following the Green design. "This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” and it was more outdated and worn down that the other normal room by family stayed at. My trip to Europe was amazing but this hotel was the only stay that was disappointing."
