Very nice hotel at that rate. Walkable distance to a bus stop where you can take shuttle to HND airport. Staffs are great and very professional.

This hotel is very inconvenient. No bus. Uber didn’t come to here and no buses and front desk had to call for us for the taxi. We are 4 adults and they provided 2 twin size bed and one bunce bed.

部屋に蜘蛛がいました。ベルを鳴らしても受付の方が来ず、5分ほどカウンターで待ちました。宿泊票の電話番号欄に自宅／携帯とあったので自宅の番号を記入したら、携帯の番号を要求されました。

急遽家族2人で予約をいれました！

場所がよく分からなかった！駐車場もです。外国の方が受付で意思疎通が難しいと思い、質問はしなかったです。連泊をしたかったのですが、1泊予定で予約したため、2泊目は値段が高いことで、連泊は諦めました！部屋は綺麗でとても寝心地が良かったです。また娘と寄りたいとはおもわれます。駐車料金500円を、0円にしてくれたらありがたいです。

「西千葉駅まで徒歩14分」は誇大です。駅からの方が下り坂なので早いが、それでも健脚の私が20分近くかかった。個人的にはモーニングコールを設定出来ないのがすごく不便だった。エアコンの設置場所が悪く、喉を傷めました。wifiが繋がらなくて困った。従業員によると、数か月前にもあったとのこと。あと、施設への不満ではないが、ググると営業時間が午後11時までとか10時半までとか出てきます。チェックインは翌朝4時まで可能らしいので、誤った情報は訂正した方が良いでしょう。
